Refund policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns on eligible smaller objects within 30 days of delivery. Furniture is not eligible for a refund but may be returned for store credit, subject to the conditions below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, with its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To request a return, please contact us at hello@piscinapiscina.com before sending your item back. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Furniture

Furniture purchases are not eligible for refunds. Eligible furniture may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided the piece is in its original condition. Customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning or transporting furniture to Piscina.

Because many of our pieces are unique, handmade, or produced in limited quantities, we encourage you to contact us with any questions about a piece before purchasing.

Custom and Made-to-Order Work

Custom, commissioned, personalized, and made-to-order pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Deposits and payments made toward custom work are non-refundable once production has begun.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please include photographs of the item and its packaging so that we can evaluate the issue and work with you to resolve it.

Sale Items and Gift Cards

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you when the return has been approved. Refunds for eligible smaller objects will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Approved furniture returns will be issued as store credit rather than a refund to the original payment method.

For any questions about returns, please contact hello@piscinapiscina.com.
