Our Cooperative Studio

Piscina is home to a working cooperative of artists, designers, and craftspeople working across furniture, lighting, ceramics, and the visual arts. Each member maintains an independent practice while sharing space, equipment, and resources within a culture of collaboration that supports ambitious work.

The studio includes a fully equipped woodshop, ceramic studio, metalworking area, shared and private workspaces, and a large garden. Working alongside one another allows members to exchange knowledge and expertise, seek advice or assistance when needed, and draw on the skills of a broader group while continuing to develop ones own independent practices.

Just around the corner, the Piscina showroom and gallery presents furniture, lighting, objects, and exhibitions by members of the cooperative as well as invited artists and designers, creating a direct connection between the studio and the public.

Many Piscina members also work closely with architects, interior designers, and trade professionals on custom furniture, lighting, architectural elements, ceramics, and site-specific commissions. We welcome inquiries and are happy to connect clients with members whose practices are suited to a particular project.

Piscina is an active working cooperative and is always interested in meeting artists, designers, and craftspeople who would like to become part of the studio. If you are interested in joining, please reach out.
